Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University commemorates the Martin Luther King Jr. Day federal holiday to honor the slain civil rights leader on Monday, Jan. 16. 

All Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State campuses are closed, with the 2023 Spring Semester and classes beginning Tuesday, Jan. 17.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Board of Trustees Approves Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees approved the establishment of a new master’s degree that will help meet two decades of sustained growth in the broad field of conflict studies. The new Peace and Conflict Studies major within the Master of Arts degree will be offered in person on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus and will prepare students for careers as practitioners in the fields of peace and conflict management and for doctorate study.
