David Strittmatter, associate professor of history at Ohio Northern University, has been selected as the 2026 speaker for the fifth annual Jerry M. Lewis May 4 Lecture Series. He will share firsthand oral histories from Ohio National Guardsmen who were present during the May 4, 1970, shootings at ����ֱ�� State University.

Originally from Vaughan, Ontario, Emma Klein made the transition to ����ֱ�� State University not only for academic excellence but also for personal growth and a collegiate sports experience. Now in her sophomore year, she is a part of the Honors College, a member of the ����ֱ�� State Division I women’s soccer team, and is a member of Phi Delta Epsilon.

As graduate student Delonte Goodman nears the completion of his doctoral program in Mechatronics, he completes work on several projects and sets his sights on research and landing a job at NASA. 

����ֱ�� State’s Culinary Services faces the daily challenge of serving more than 20,000 meals to students, staff, and faculty. The increasing number of food allergies further complicates this task.
