Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s Flashes Fighting Hunger Contactless Food Drive will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 25, from 1-4 p.m. at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Hilltop Drive. The collection station will be located on Hilltop Drive in front of Cartwright Hall.

From a young age, Makayla Sejat has had a passion for serving others. Her life has been full of service, from helping out in community kitchens as a child to now devoting her time in various college leadership roles. Now, she will take her efforts to the next level as Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s first Newman Civic Fellow.
Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Holds Flashes Fight Hunger Contactless Food Drive on Aug. 26
Among the festivities marking the beginning of this unconventional semester, one Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University office is partnering with Portage County social service agencies to host a contactless food drive to collect items that will support members of campus and local communities. The Flashes Fighting Hunger Contactless Food Drive, organized by Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State’s Community Engaged Learning, will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 4-8 p.m.
