Those were the messages that actor Michael Keaton shared with ����ֱ�� State University graduates taking part in the One University Commencement on Saturday, May 12. Mr. Keaton, an Academy Award-nominated actor and ����ֱ�� State alumnus, delivered the address at Dix Stadium before a standing room-only crowd of more than 21,000 people.

����ֱ�� State University Libraries will provide a solution to end-of-semester stress by giving students, faculty and staff the opportunity to unwind and get some pet therapy during finals week. 

Matheus Priosti came a long way to find his purpose. Five thousand miles, in fact. The São Paulo, Brazil, native made the long journey from South America across the equator to arrive at ����ֱ�� State University in August 2016, and he has never looked back.

A portion of ����ֱ�� State University’s ����ֱ�� Campus has taken its place alongside the nation’s most significant historic locations, joining such sites as the Grand Canyon National Park, Pearl Harbor and the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama. Those 17 acres represent the location of the historic events of May 4, 1970, where protesting students, observers and soldiers gathered on that fateful day when the Ohio National Guard shot and killed four students and wounded nine others.

On April 12, future generations of business leaders got a first look at design concepts from several firms competing to develop ����ֱ�� State University’s new College of Business Administration building.

With exciting finishes by both the men’s and women’s basketball teams on March 5, the ����ֱ�� State University Golden Flashes will march on to Cleveland in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Tournament at Quicken Loans Arena.
