Student Completes Senior Honors Thesis Combining Fashion And Finance Majors

Gabriella Humes is a senior Honors College student graduating with a double-major in fashion merchandising and finance. Gabriella has been very successful at ����ֱ�� State, completing an internship and three study away programs. However, one of Gabriella’s proudest accomplishments is recently completing a Senior Honors Thesis that combined both of her majors into one project.

����ֱ�� Creativity Festival Announces 2019 Artists and Performers

The ����ֱ�� Creativity Festival, sponsored by the city of ����ֱ�� and the ����ֱ�� State University College of the Arts, will present the annual outdoor hands-on arts festival on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on the Lefton Esplanade between ����ֱ�� State’s Rockwell Hall on Lincoln Street and downtown ����ֱ��, near Haymaker Parkway.

'Wearing Justice' Exhibition at ����ֱ�� State University Museum Brings Attention to Global Social Issues

In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of May 4, 1970, when Ohio National Guardsmen opened fire on ����ֱ�� State University students protesting the U.S. invasion of Cambodia during the Vietnam War, killing four and wounding nine, students and faculty from ����ֱ�� State’s School of Fashion Design and Merchandising are bringing attention to current social issues in the new exhibition called “Wearing Justice: Perspectives From KSU Fashion School Faculty and Students” that is on display now at the ����ֱ�� State University Museum.
