IN A FLASH: A Grand Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Welcome
The university welcomed Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's Class of 2024 in grand style at this year's convocation with inspirational speeches from university administrators, rally towels, strobe lights, Golden Flash cheerleaders and the Marching Golden Flashes band.

President Todd Diacon welcomed the Class of 2027 during a colorful and festive Convocation celebration, encouraging students to embrace the spirit of the university’s core values. A relatively new tradition on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus, Convocation not only serves to get students excited for the start of their academic careers at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State but also to introduce the students to the deans and faculty for each of the university’s colleges.

With a backdrop of strobe lights, rock music and excitement, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State President Todd Diacon kicked off the start of the 2022 Fall Semester by encouraging new students to lean on one another during the university's traditional convocation ceremony.
