Sciences and Humanities faculty and students are at the heart of the university’s ground-breaking research and scholarly activity, generating more than 50 percent of all extramural research funding in the university.

Research and scholarship within the College is both comprehensive and in-depth, encompassing the humanities, social sciences, natural and mathematical sciences through 16 academic departments and five schools. Our dedicated faculty and students conduct exciting, original research, which not only translates to the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State classroom, but also addresses some of our most pressing global challenges.
