Krista Hawkins was named outstanding faculty member and Deborah Hoopes was recognized as the outstanding staff member.  Each was selected based on nominations from students, staff and faculty members of the Salem Campus. Renown Conservator, Howard Sutcliffe, will describe his work on three Museum garments for the current exhibition Forever Chanel: Coco + Karl, as well as other recent adventures in conservation. The conservator, who cares for and often stabilizes and saves artifacts, textiles and garments from ruin, is a remarkable combination of historian, scientist, aritst and dare we say alchemist.

Staci will assume this role in July 2021 before ascending to the role of President of OCA in July 2022.
