Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s Division of Mental Health and Substance Use Research in the Center for Public Policy and Health is pleased to announce Talk On. Funded in part by the Seeds of Wellness minigrant program, Talk On is an initiative to stop mental illness stigma by having Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State students, faculty and staff share their personal experiences (through story, song lyrics, poetry, drawings, and/or photos) with mental illness on the Talk On webpage.

April is finally here, which means it is time to Embrace Your Voice during Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

A reminder from University Facilities Management to faculty and staff that Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University has a redistribution website as a means to transfer unwanted or surplus office furniture and equipment to other departments. Posting and claiming departmental item(s) at is free for university employees. 

Did you know that more than 1,000 Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University students are enrolled in internship/practicum and or cooperative education courses each semester? Chances are you did and you might have even provided academic supervision to an intern or co-op student. For that, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State’s Career Exploration and Development thanks you and appreciates your support of student career development!

As part of the Wellness Your Way employee incentive program, all full-time, benefits-eligible employees are invited to attend an onsite health screening (you do not have to be covered by the university-sponsored health plan to take advantage of this onsite service).

On Thursday, April 19, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., you can learn ways to love your heart and reduce your risk of heart disease through nutrition.
