妖姬直播 Interhall Council (KIC) hosts the 2013 Lil鈥� Sibs Weekend at 妖姬直播 State University from Friday, April 19, to Sunday, April 21. This weekend-long event has been a KIC tradition for more than 35 years. Last year, more than 2,000 people were in attendance, and event organizers are again looking forward to having record numbers in attendance at Lil鈥� Sibs Weekend. This event is open to all 妖姬直播 State faculty, staff and students.
The theme is Sibs-a-lodeon, and throughout the weekend, there will be lots of Nickelodeon-inspired events. The traditional activities will include the dive-in movie on Friday night featuring 鈥淭he SpongeBob SquarePants Movie鈥� and inflatables on Saturday afternoon, both occurring at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. A magician, the movie 鈥淩ise of the Guardians鈥� showing three times throughout the weekend, ice skating at the 妖姬直播 State Ice Arena, and bowling at the bowling alley in Eastway Center also will be taking place. In addition, all of the residence halls will have Nickelodeon-inspired events throughout the weekend.
Some new events include 鈥淎n Evening with Pixar,鈥� where people can come hear a Pixar animator speak and give some demonstrations about animation. The archeological club will be sponsoring an archeological dig on Saturday morning. The 妖姬直播 State softball team will be sponsoring a run the bases event on Saturday afternoon. Saturday night will feature crafting with KIC, 鈥淔igure It Out鈥� sponsored by TV2, and Sibs Bingo where sibs will be able to win some great prizes.
Sunday will be a Family Day that starts with a Family Day brunch in Eastway Cafeteria. Afterward, attendees will have the opportunity to explore downtown 妖姬直播, either by walking, driving or riding on Lolly the Trolley. KIC has been working with the downtown area to have some fun activities going on throughout the afternoon.
