Declining balance are the dollars included with a meal plan. Grab Starbucks, a meal in The HUB or some quick snacks in any campus market! These dollars go directly onto your FLASHcard and can only be used at on-campus dining retail locations. Declining balance dollars roll over from semester to semester, until the student graduates or leaves Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University.
