OPEN ENROLLMENT PROMOTION:
Deposit $50 towards a new or existing FAST Plan and receive two free meal swipes.
Bonus swipes can be used at DI Dining and Eastway Dining. They can also be used for select Meal Exchange options at participating retail locations, including Grill '72, Rosie’s, Eastway Market, Recharge, Hippie Chicken, Homeslice and Simon Cafe.

When you dine on campus, you’re doing more than grabbing lunch or bringing your family to dinner—you’re joining a shared campus experience. The FAST Plan helps create meaningful, informal connections with students and colleagues outside the classroom, strengthening our campus community and reinforcing a truly student‑centered environment.
Benefits of the FAST Plan:
The FAST Plan is a declining balance plan. The value you add is entirely up to you! Declining balance never expires and can be used at all dining locations.
FAST Plan holders receive a 20% discount on any meal at DI or Eastway Dining.
The FAST Plan also includes a discount for children: 
Children ages 5 and under eat free at DI or Eastway Dining.
Children ages 6 –10 eat at 50% off the door price at DI or Eastway Dining. 
Employees on the FAST Plan will be eligible for exclusive discount opportunities.
To receive the discount(s) above, let the cashier know you’re paying with your FAST Plan when you enter.
Sign-up for a Plan or Reload Funds using one of two convenient options:
Payroll Deduction: Complete the payroll deduction form located on the Employee Dashboard in FlashLine. A step-by-step guide is available in the Frequently Asked Questions below.
Cash or Credit Card: Visit the FLASHcard Office to add funds using cash or a credit card. The FLASHcard Office is located in the Lower Level of the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center, past the commuter kitchen.

How to Sign-Up or Reload My Account via Payroll Deduction?
Step One: Log in to .
Step Two: Select "Employee" in the navigation menu.
Step Three: Select the "Faculty and Staff Meal Plan (The FAST Plan)" Icon
- Make a note of your Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State ID number. This can be found beneath your name in the navigation menu.
Step Four: Complete the FAST Plan Sign-Up and Reload Form. You will need to add your Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State ID number to this form.
Step Five: Once the form is complete, select "Click to Sign" at the bottom of the page to submit the document.
