In partnership with LeaderShape, this one-day immersive experience is designed for students who are just starting their leadership journey - freshmen, sophomores, and those stepping into their first leadership roles. Catalyst challenges participants to explore impactful leadership principles and develop the skills needed to lead with purpose and authenticity. This is a great opportunity for students to build confidence and connect with other leaders on campus!
