CANCELLATION POLICY:

KSUCPM follows all Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University, CDC, and US/Foreign travel guidelines and restrictions. In the event of an unexpected cancellation a refund of the paid registration fee will be provided within two weeks of cancellation. 

Registrant Cancellations:

  • Cancellations on or before February 27, 2026: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after February 27, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
  • KSUCPM adheres to all Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University, CDC, and U.S./foreign travel guidelines and restrictions. Should an unexpected event require conference cancellation, a full refund of the paid registration fee will be issued within two weeks.

Travel and accommodations are the responsibility of each attendee: While we recommend booking.com as the best option for hotel reservations, be sure to review cancellation, re-booking and refund policies for all travel and accommodations. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University College of Podiatric Medicine has approved this activity for a maximum of 15 continuing education contact hours.
