Job Description: Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for the Department of Recreation and Wellness Services, which includes the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, the Ice Arena, Allerton Sports Complex, Tri-Rec, and outdoor fields. Collaborate across university divisions to enhance student well-being, engagement, and success through recreational programs, health promotion initiatives, and co-curricular learning. Guide departmental strategic planning, budget management, capital project development, workforce planning, and program innovation in alignment with institutional priorities. Serve as a member of the Division of Student Life Leadership Team and advocate for student-centered policies, partnerships, and long-range planning that support a thriving campus environment.
