Total Body Toning Class at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center

A Total Body Toning class will be offered every Monday in the summer semester, beginning June 27 from 12:15-1 p.m. at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.

This class helps boost your metabolism by incorporating strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars and bands for a total body workout.

Please for each day you would like to attend. This program will take place in Studio I of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Membership is not required to attend, there is no cost to Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University employees, and all fitness levels are welcome. Instruction is provided by Beth Michel, instructor at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.

Please take note of the following important information regarding your 2024 Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
