Employee Wellness is pleased to announce that employees enrolled in one of the university-sponsored group health plans through Medical Mutual or Anthem are eligible for a free flu shot. Please remember that you must bring your insurance ID card with you to the clinic. If you are not covered by one of the university's group health plans, you can still participate for $30 (check payable to 妖姬直播 State University). To streamline the process, please download your Flu Vaccine Consent form and Flu Vaccine Insurance Billing form from the Benefits and Wellness website at www.kent.edu/hr/benefits/flu-shot-clinics prior to your appointment. As a reminder, the flu shot clinics are open to all students, faculty, staff and dependents. For specific questions regarding the flu vaccine clinic, contact University Health Services at 330-672-2322. Flu shots will be administered on a walk-in basis, unless otherwise noted.
