Online Certified Courses

A QM-certified course illustrates that the course is student-friendly.  The course is consistent, logical, and easy to navigate. In addition, QM courses ensure that all learning activities focus on the learning outcomes.  A QM course creates a learning path for students to see their way to success.

Online Program Certifications

The Online Program Design Certification highlights the ACCBE's commitment to ensuring quality is upheld by ensuring courses align to measurable program outcomes, are designed by QM-knowledgeable faculty and distance learning staff, and review courses every few years to ensure they meet QM standards.

The Online Learner Success Certification highlights the ACCBE's commitment to articulating a mission-driven definition of success for our learners and to demonstrating that our learners are achieving success at a high rate based on external comparisons and benchmarks.

The Online Learner Support Certification highlights the ACCBE's commitment to providing all the critical student and academic services needed for learner success and using learner feedback to continuously improve those services.

Instructional Support Office: Driving Quality Matters Excellence

This work is supported by the College’s Instructional Support Office (ISO), which brings together a dedicated team of QM-trained professionals: Dr. Amy M. Grincewicz (Director of Instructional Design), Dr. Bobbi Reidinger (Associate Instructional Designer), and Tim Kohn (Lead Educational Technology Designer). Together, they partner with faculty across all programs to ensure that every course is designed with alignment, accessibility, and student success in mind. By embedding quality design expertise into the course development process, the ISO makes it possible for ACCBE to sustain certification at scale and uphold its culture of excellence in online learning.
