Off-campus access to the numerous electronic resources provided by 妖姬直播 State University Libraries just became a lot easier. Launching today, Aug. 22, the new KSU Proxy service replaces the KSU Cisco VPN (virtual private network) for remote library access. KSU Proxy allows library users to securely connect to databases, electronic journals, ebooks and streaming media services without installing complicated third-party software.
When visiting University Libraries鈥� website, students, faculty and staff attempting to access library content from off-campus will be prompted to enter their FlashLine username and password. Once the information is entered, they will be connected. It鈥檚 that easy.
鈥淎ll you need is a FlashLine account and an internet connection," says Mike Collura, University Libraries鈥� interim assistant dean for systems. "KSU Proxy will allow you to access the library鈥檚 electronic resources anytime, from anywhere."
The KSU VPN is still available and will continue to be used to remotely access other university systems that cannot be accessed through KSU Proxy.
