The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Design Innovation HUB is excited to share a call for exhibition proposals for installation within the DI Gallery during the 2022-2023 academic year.
The proposal process is open to all Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State students, staff, faculty, alumni, and affiliates and offers the opportunity to publicly display artwork, design, research, or fabrication projects within the DI HUB. Exhibitions can be a work in progress, finished expression, example of technological or scientific innovations, or other project, but should emphasize cross-disciplinary collaborations and reflect the mission of the Design Innovation Initiative.
Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ the DI Gallery: The DI Gallery is located on the second floor of the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ campus’s DI Hub adjacent to the building’s West entrance. The gallery comprises 500 sq. ft. of floor space and 350 sq. ft. of wall space with some potential for spill-over into adjacent spaces. The space also boasts natural lighting, artificial track lighting, and a retractable security gate. Keep in mind, however, that the DI Gallery is not continually monitored so precautions must be taken to secure the exhibition’s content.
