Tyanna J. Buie is an artist and educator whose work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions nationally. A native of Chicago and Milwaukee, Buie has received fellowships and awards including the Joan Mitchell Painters & Sculptors Grant, the Kresge Artist Fellowship and the Ruth Arts/Mary L. Nohl Alumni Award.
